Great customer service!

Super easy to work with. The reorder process was very simple. Also, the first time around Mo caught something that we needed to adjust. It's nice to have a second or third set of eyes looking at things to make sure it's all good.

My account managers have been great in responding and working with me to meet my order needs. However on my most recent order I was trying to change the quantity and there were no options to do so. I emailed my account manager and it seem like I needed to provide them with the quantities rather than being able to adjust the order myself. This resulted in a delay in completing the order and ultimately me settling to order a quantity not desired just so I could get them.

The customer service chat really helped and the mock up was exactly how i pictured it.
