Experience was great, my only feedback isn't about the gents that helped...it's about the 20pc minimum...I'd love it if you guys had a retail/consumer line...i know firing up the machines require a minimum, but a higher unit cost for consumer space could be something to look into....thanks and thanks to both the BD AND ACCOUNT MANAGERS...both were great

Kai is great to work with. He's friendly and helpful. He makes good suggestions that keep within my budget. There are lots of options when it comes to purchasing merch, but Kai's excellent customer service keeps me coming back to Real Threads.
